Photocopy service
There is a photocopying service at the Visa Application Centre for a fee of IDR 5000 for each photocopied
sheet.
Photograph service
Applicants using this service can have their photograph taken at the Visa Application Centre. This will
ensure that the photographs meet the requirements of the Embassy of Spain. This service can be used for
an extra fee of IDR 79000 for 4 passport size photographs.
SMS Service
Status Tracking Through SMS
At BLS International Services, as part of our constant and on going endeavor to add value to applicants
experience, it is our privilege to offer the latest hi-tech SMS service, an express route to know the
status of your visa application at your fingertips.
Easy to use SMS service with an automated confirmation feedback message sent to the applicant's mobile
phone, at various stages of the visa application process.. The service supports transfer of SMS in
English or Bahasa Indonesia and provides an applicant with convenience at their finger tip.
Additionally, this user-friendly service will be followed up with an automated email message to the
applicants email id informing them of the status of their visa application.
This valuable service can be purchased for IDR 42000 (inclusive of VAT), during the time of submission of
the visa application

Courier services
We are also providing courier service. Once the application process has been completed by Embassy of
Spain in Jakarta, we would send the document straight to your desired address using our trusted courier
partner. BLS will courier your documents back to you for a fee. Please ask for this service when you
visit the visa application centre. You can also contact our Call Centre for further information.
This valuable service can be purchased for IDR 55,000 – IDR 275,000; depending on the Location of
Delivery as indicated during the time of submission of application. Also you can avail option of buying
Insurance for your Passport Courier Package
Doorstep Service
BLS is pleased to offer Doorstep Services as a convenient, time-saving and relaxed way of submitting
your Visa Applications from the comfort of your home or office as per convenience.
Applicants / Groups may schedule an appointment and your visa application forms, documents and
biometric data will be collected at the place of your choice by our Doorstep Officers. Get to know
the status of your application at every stage through SMS and your passport will be returned to you
by courier post processing.
